Returns Policy
Complaints:
Complaints about product quality should be made within 24 hours of delivery. To launch a complaint, please contact stellazboutique8@gmail.com. If the reason for return is genuine, our team will replace the item.
Refund Policy:
We do not issue refunds once the order is processed and the product is delivered, except in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: If the order is pre-paid and we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount.
- Major defects: Report any damages or defects within 24 hours of delivery. If the complaint is genuine, we will replace the item.
- Product not-as-described: Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery with proof that the product is not as described. If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount within 72 hours.
Cancellation of Order:
Once you have booked the order, we do not encourage cancellation. For online payments, refunds will be processed to the bank account within 72 hours.
Shipping
We ship our products once the order and payment are confirmed, using third-party shipping services across India. Delays may occur in case of contingencies. Products are shipped within one to two days. A tracking ID will be sent via email, and customers can track the courier directly. Stellaz Woman is not responsible for courier delays caused by the courier service.
